Just got back from the Dr office. Had to go there just to get a referral


to the orthopedic Dr. She's also getting me a prescription for Tramadol. Hate this having to get an appointment to one doc just to get one to another. Not to mention the long wait on the phone just to make the appointments. Back pain has almost put me down, but I'm determined to get it right
My old walker from my knee replacement has become my best friend. Hate to use it in public, but sometimes you have to swallow your pride.
